Cancellation and Refund

RushRated values its customers and aims to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process. Please read this policy carefully to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. General Policy
RushRated operates on a pay-as-you-use credit system.
Purchases made on RushRated are final and non-refundable in money.
Refunds, where applicable, are always issued in the form of RushRated credits (not cash, bank transfer, or card reversal).
2. Cancellations
Cancellations can be requested only if the purchased credits have not been used.
Once credits are consumed to initiate a scan or report, the cancellation request cannot be entertained.
If a job fails due to a technical error on our side, the credits are automatically refunded back to your account.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in credits. No monetary refunds are provided under any circumstances.
If a report is not delivered due to system error, or if credits were deducted incorrectly, they will be restored to your account balance.
Refunds in credits are typically processed instantly but may take up to 7 working days in rare cases.
4. Exceptions
RushRated does not entertain refund requests arising from:
Incorrect input by the customer (e.g., wrong location, wrong radius).
Expectations differing from the data returned (results are based on Google Maps analytics and may vary).
No cancellations or refunds apply once the scan has been completed successfully.

If you believe there has been an error in credit deduction or you face issues with your report, please contact our support team at support@rushrated.com. Our team will review the request and take an appropriate decision.
