RushRated does not involve the shipping of any physical products. All services are provided digitally through our platform.

• Credit Delivery: Once a purchase is successfully completed, the purchased credits are automatically added to your RushRated account. In most cases, this happens instantly, but in rare situations it may take up to a few minutes.

• Report Delivery: Reports are generated digitally based on your scan request.

  • Standard scans are usually delivered instantly or within a few minutes.

  • During peak usage periods, report generation may take longer (up to several hours).

  • In case of a failed scan, credits are automatically refunded to your account.

• No Physical Shipping: Since all services are delivered online, there are no shipping charges or delivery timelines associated with physical products.
